3. Product Information & Natural Crystal Features

  1. All photos, sizes and descriptions of crystal jewelry are for reference only. Slight differences in color, internal inclusions, cracks, luster and bead shape are natural inherent characteristics of raw crystal stones, not manufacturing defects. These natural variations do not qualify for free returns or compensation.
  2. We reserve the right to update product photos, descriptions and specifications without prior notice to customers.
  3. Custom crystal bracelets with personalized bead arrangements, sizes or charm combinations are non-refundable once production begins.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

  1. All product prices displayed on the website are denominated in US Dollars (USD), excluding shipping fees, import duties, VAT and local customs taxes.
  2. We reserve the right to adjust product prices, discount rules and shipping charges at any time without advance notification.
  3. Accepted payment methods include PayPal and major credit cards. All payments must be fully completed before we start processing your order.
  4. Any bank transaction fees, currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider shall be borne solely by you.

5. Order Processing & Cancellation

  1. After successful payment, we require 1–3 business days for standard order preparation; custom crystal bracelets take 3–5 business days to craft and ship. Processing time excludes weekends and official public holidays.
  2. You may fully cancel your order and receive a full refund before the package is dispatched by contacting our customer service.
  3. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be approved. You must follow our Return & Refund Policy to apply for returns after receiving the parcel.

6. Shipping & Delivery
